Parents Together Course Oct - Nov 2012

Well done to all the parents who took part in our six week Parents Together Course. It was a great success and enjoyed very much by everybody who took part.....

4th of December 16 Days of Action‏

North Wall CDP are holding a small event to mark and support Women’s Aid campaign: 16 days of Action. They will meet at the Sean O Casey Bridge on the North Quays facing Jury’s hotel at 11.30 am on the 4^th of December. They will take time to remember the victims of domestic abuse and those still living in abusive situations. Domestic abuse occurs in every social and economic grouping of society, all ethnic groups and cultures and among people of every educational background. There is no "type" of woman to whom it occurs, and there is no "type" of home in which it happens. North Wall CDP will release purple balloons into the air to remember a life lost through domestic violence and they would be delighted if you could join them on the day. There will be Tea / Coffee served afterwards in the centre for anyone who would like to join them.
